Mix of light, medium, and dark green colors with a touch of gold, black, and brown specs throughout this stone.  This beautiful green-blue stone is peppered with earthy ebony and cocoa flecks, adding to its organic appearance. The name “African Turquoise” is a bit of a misnomer in the sense that this stone isn’t turquoise at all, rather it is a variety of jasper (which is itself a form of chalcedony) that is mined in Africa. African Turquoise is known as the "Stone of Evolution" bringing encouragement for growth, development, and positive change within one's life.  African Turquoise helps let go of negative habits, disappointments, and embrace life with confidence, positivity, and calmness. It is great at helping a person overcome short tempers and calming down destructive hyperactivity. African Turquoise can also be used as a love crystal to attract love to your life.
